Ordered dark brown and it's looks dull and too darkOrdered dark brown and the colour is nothing like the picture. The colour is far too dark, dull and very disappointing. Kit feedbackI am a MadisonReed lover. I switched due to their support of the Black Lives Matter Marxist group! Loved their product be can’t deal with the $$$$$ dollars they gave to this group that is destroying our country along with Antifa. Please let me know if your company gives money to this group. My first kit contained no shampoo but 2 conditioners. The ammonia fumes were way stronger than the Madison Reed product and they provide caps for processing. I don't leave reviews......but, guys. This stuff! I despise boxed dyes and never had luck with them so always go to salons...until now. I have zero talent in hair colouring but still ended up with BETTER results than I get at the salon...and for much less money. I have a smattering of grey (I started getting them fairly young because: health reasons) and this covered them perfectly. The colour is gorgeous and looks natural and rich. The smell isn't overpowering and it's sooooo easy to use - the instructions and videos are spot on. It looked super dark on my roots whilst sitting and I fretted a little - but once washed, it was perfect. Adjusted Color was Perfect!I was initially not enthralled with my first color kit. I sent a note to my colorist, Elisa, and explained what I needed and wanted. She absolutely nailed it and got the color perfect! My second kit was exactly what I was hoping for and I am loving the color! Thank you, eSalon, for listening and customizing the color.
