Custom but not perfectI do love the amount of color options available and that there are stylists that can make changes. Unfortunately, I have found that I have fading within the first week after dyeing and this dye can dry out my hair more than others. Also, my suggestions to the colorist are not always listened to when changes are made to my color. I have been coloring my hair both in a salon and at home for years and have legitimate insight that I would like taken into account. Color nowhere close to website imageI was really looking forward to this helping even out my hair color and was going for a darker shade of brown than my hair was with some copper. The roots color was supposed to be more medium brown and the ends more of the copper, which the formula showed it was. However, my roots came out lighter with more of the copper tone and my ends came out more ash brown. Hated the colorI gave a photo of my hair including my roots and current color, and clearly explained what I was looking for. The "colorist" gave me a color that was EXACTLY what I was trying to correct in my current color. Now it's a disaster and my hair looks horrible.
