I really like the color mixAnd I've been pleased with customer service in addressing some of the packaging issues of the past. Great color matchColorist did a great job with matching the color I was looking for. Only challenge I’ve had is I have short, baby-fine hair and only use about 1/2 of the bottle of color per application. LOSING MY HAIR!!After two consecutive months of use, I experienced a crazy, excessive, scary amount of hair loss! It is so awful and stress full. My dermatologist explained that the primary ingredient (ethanolamine) vs traditional ammonia can trigger this effect. WTH!?! If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application.
