Waste of time &moneyI've been coloring my hair for 20+ years. I've used boxed color, Sally's, & had it professionally done so I consider myself somewhat knowledgeable. Since we've all been on lockdown I took a chance on something new to me & it was the WORST color result I have ever had! I knew going in what color can & can't do. My first clue to what was to come should have been the 15 volume developer they included. Not even my current hairstylist uses that when I go darker. Color was supposed to end up an "ash" blonde. I was hoping to knock out this brassiness. My hair ended up redder than I started! I need a refund so I can get this professionally fixed. Great productI have used box dyes in the past which don't always cover my bit of grey hair or colour my hair properly, this is my first try with the e salon and I have to say its really great its darkest brown and I love the colour I was a blonde then went to brown with box dyes but always gave my mid length to ends a lighter colour but with this home dye its covered everything nicely it is a bit expensive but its worth it, and my hair feels nice and soft the shampoo and conditioner is lovely smells good, so overall am happy 😊 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Color Perfection!I’m so happy with my hair color! I was a little nervous at first because I stepped out of my comfort zone, and the color looked a little light, however the after picture of my hair was perfect!
