its still not rightThe coverage doesn't last, the next day or two I see gray!! Very pleased with resultsI am very pleased with my esalon color. I initially got Demi permanent but have switched to permanent. The Demi permanent was so pleasant smelling and easy to use. The very first time you get your kit it comes with a applicating brush. Ne sure to save the brush, as you do not get another one. I wasn't sure about my color at first, and it wasn't quite right the first time. I worked with my stylist and now I'm very happy. I love that I get an email the week before my color is set to ship. I also get an email asking how my color turned out. Good !First time I tryed this compagny I gave only 4 stars because I wanted light brown and it turned out dark brown but after washing many times my hair as a nice light brown colour . Did not damage my hair which is very good.
