Better recipe but still a bit of work neededThis new formula was better than my previous one but it did not cover some of the grays on my sides. It did a great job covering my grays on top though. Show stopper!Experience great color again! Really impressed by how great the color team painted the perfect shade of red! Dreams do come true at an affordable price! The downside-- harsh fumes! Not sure if it's me or the formula but since their redesign, I've noticed a change in smell during application that made my eyes burn a little. Hope they can adjust the ingredients. Dull and off colorMy color turned out very dull looking. Sorry I used this. It’s semi permanent, I hope it washes out. I contacted support on Sunday, it’s Tuesday and I haven’t heard back. Two stars, the packaging was nice. Easy instructions. Update: Still no help fixing my color. I tried email and online chat, someone was supposed to get back with me, but they haven’t. Can’t get the colour right!!!I asked the colourist to adjust my colour to make my grey dye better as was being turned a sort of beige and fading really quickly. They sent me a message telling me that they had made the change and that my colour would be darker. I immediately replied exclaiming that I did not want darker hair (I have spent over £400 trying to get my black box dye bleached and lightened to a more manageable colour now I have a lot more grey) and got a reply saying they had made the changes and the colour would be deeper. Well, you guessed it. I am back to pretty much black hair. Really disappointed again. Thought we were on the up after my initial teething difficulties.
