Turned my roots shiny orangey brownI ordered a very dark brown with what appeared to be deep purple undertones. Like, almost black with a purple tint - which matched my existing color. My natural color (six months of roots, holla) is dark blonde/light brown. My roots are now a bright brassy reddish/orangeish light brown. I have really pale skin and this color is just awful on me. Pros: it did cover my greys entirely. Shampoo/conditioner have a Pleasant smell. Second time was the charm!!I was a little skeptical to try to do a color match online but I liked the personal nature of the information provided. The first time came out a bit dark for my preference and I was going to move on but I thought I’d give eSalon a second try and revised the shade and I couldn’t be happier! Perfect ColorI am amazed how good the color came out! And it’s lasting! Natural and believable. Never going back to the Box! I have a colorist now. Easy to order, easy to change your shade. We got it right!I have no idea how many emails went back and forth before this order, but my colorist and I communicated so much and it was worth it. The color came out right! It's a little darker than I expected for a medium blonde, but since it's demi-permanent, it is lightening up a bit.
