Roots are gone!Had a real issue with white roots not taking the color or washing out by 1st shampoo...I wasnt happy as I had tried esalon to fix the issue and the first formula did not....they reformulated my color at no charge and finally...white roots are gone!! Great idea in theory...I compliment the company on their idea. However, trying to match my color on line just did not work. I am a red head by bottle and my colorist sent me a bottle of light brown with red highlights that did not cover my grey wisps. So, disappointed and depressed, I don't even want to look in the mirror. The products were good quality, my hair is soft, little to no bad smell. For $29.99 you would think they could throw in a small plastic trash bag? I am going back to my OTC color and save $10. Terrific - a game changerI've now colored my own roots twice since the pandemic and I couldn't be happier. I'll return to the salon occasionally, for highlights, but this color is easy to apply, gentle to my hair, and lasts just like the salon stuff. My hair actually seems fuller and healthier since I've been touching up my own roots. Definitely a fan.
