From skeptical to finding my one and only!To be honest, I was enchanted with how the service worked from the beginning seeing how seamless and easy it was to create my profile and how thorough the questions were. I appreciate being able to upload a photo since my hair color had washed out and was hard to describe. Once I opened the box, I was yet pleasantly surprised by the amount of things that were in my kit and even better they added a free bottle of dye and developer since they determined that is what I needed to reach my hair goals. My hair went from washed out copper to a rich beautiful chocolate brown that was exactly what I ordered. Not only are the products super personalized and aesthetically pleasing, I felt understood and individually cared for. Perfect ColorI got my order (finally - shipping took 4 weeks), and immediately used it! My grey covered completely, and I love the color of my hair. Dark blonde with copper/mahogany suits my skin tone. I’m happy the consultant changed my formula when I went to permanent colour from the Demi-permanent. Custom color setI truly love this product and everything that comes with it! I have been coloring my own hair lately and this was the first hair color set that I was so impressed with.im so glad I found you guys! Kind of DisappointedI was so excited to receive my eSalon package. I chose a color out of my comfort zone and decided on a pearl purple dark brown. The photo online showed a hint of purple and I was ready for a change. The packaging is very cute and the directions are super easy to follow. The company really thought of everything. The product left my hair very shiny and smooth. However, there is ZERO purple in my hair. It just looks like plain dark brown (blackest brown). I followed the directions exactly as they were written. esalon changed my lifeI've been using esalon for about 5 years and my hair has never looked so beautiful and undamaged.
