Did the JobI love that this service is available and they make it as easy as possible to do on your own. My color was a touch brassier than I tend to like, but it did the job of covering grey. After a few purple shampoo washes it was fine. I have purchased 3 times during the closures and am so happy to have the service when needed. First time user.I felt a little overwhelmed trying to do the roots, then later in the process doing the rest of my hair, so I asked a friend to help with the application. good color but.I like the color but it is warmer than I expected. Looking for something that blends with gray better. Also, did not get great coverage in the front but could be my application. Not so good on covering the gray...I was a bit disappointed after shampooing my color application.“touch-up”, that the coverage on the grays wasn’t that great. The color itself was, I believe, good, but after leaving it on for a good 40 minutes (actually 10 minutes more than was recommended) I still saw gray strands???
