New formula not covering grey roots for long. Always start with a lighter colorEasy to use. Easily able to change shipment date, if needed. I really wished I had started with a lighter color as it seems one can't go lighter from original color chosen. That said, I do like how my color is developing, with gradual changes made. My first application was terrific on coloring gray roots.
