New FormulaI am disappointed in the new creamier formula. First, I didn't know the tip of the applicator bottle was a screw off cap. So I was trying to cut the tip like the old bottles. Next, it's harder to squeeze out of the bottle, it seems too thick. Finally, it smells bad. The older formula had a much nicer smell. Very disappointed. Saved my life!My hair hadn’t been done since since the shops had closed. Which also canceled my appointment. I made an appointment , but still felt uneasy about going since my immune system is poor. I saw this on Facebook ,I checked out e salon, and ordered! With my husbands help, my hair is backed to looking beautiful,with no gray. Great!!!Just a great product! I bought this for my mom and she loves it, she struggles with her gray hair and was pleasantly surprised how nicely this product covered all of the gray hair.
