not happy with results, have to go to professional to fixafter using this kit, my hair looks red. It was supposed to lighten my color, but the results darkened areas and changed the tone of my hair. I was expecting lighter roots and blonder hair, not brown/red tint. I do not want to try again, I would rather just go to a professional and spend the extra money. Zero StarsHORRIBLE Experience. Color arrived and it came out way too dark. Zero shine. They offered free color with an adjustment to the formula. My communications on the formula went unanswered. Then the day it was to ship, instead of shipping they sent me an email trying to get me to buy more. I saw the email DAYS later when I went to find out where my color shipment was. I responded and they shipped my order. They only gave me root color and the highlight kit I agreed to buy. Don’t need that because now I only have root color. I love these products!Comes with good instructions, and easy to use. Customer service is excellent! I love the way my hair feels (soft) and looks (shiny, rich, natural-looking) after I've colored my hair. For years I used drug store coloring kits that left my hair "too dyed" looking and that faded quickly, That's not the case now, I'm so glad someone told me about eSalon!
