Lovely quality productThe shade was exactly what I had asked for and I'm particularly impressed with the quality of the shampoo and conditioner which left my hair very soft and silky. The instructions were easy to follow (loved the little thoughtful touches - even a sticker is included to tape the instruction sheet up for easy at- a -glance viewing without having to handle the leaflet and get dye all over it!) You also get two pairs of good quality latex gloves 🧤. What's not to like? Looking forward to my next pack. AwfulThe last 2 color kits have turned my roots reddish not darkest brown. I am really unsatisfied with the degradation of this product after using eSalon for many, many years.
