If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps and how we can help get this resolved for you. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Quality is goneI loved your products when I started with you, but each thing you have changed over the years has been in the wrong direction. The shampoo is no good the condition is worse. I was willing to go with gloves that were terrible but the product change you made on the color is the last straw. The product would not come out of the bottle and I had to shake it out in my all white bathroom. It was so thick and the bottle was so poor that I could get it out. Yes I did cut the tip off.
