First time trying eSalon’s custom hair colorI asked for a coppery red color. This first try of eSalon custom color did not give me the color I wanted. I used to be called “Carrot Top” because of my natural hair coloring. Great coverage. Poor hair conditionI’ve used box dye for years and thought I’d try esalon. Since using it my hair is in poor condition. Now my hair is knotty, tangles easily and my curl clumps are no longer fat and juicy. I’ve tried deep conditioning and a protein treatment with minimal results. This dye is the only new product in my routine. The coverage is amazing and, although darker than I expected, the colour is great. Won't Order AgainI love this company's hair color. It colors evenly and is easy to use. But as for there customer service is horrible. I can't get a simple question answered! Amazing!I am so happy with my order! It arrived very quickly, personalized and packed beautifully. I wanted a color that would look 2 tones lighter than my natural color and that's exactly what I got! Even at the hairdresser's they were always getting it wrong making it look to dark. Love my custome colorExcellent grey coverage. So much healthier than a store-bought color. I look like I have been to a salon after using my custom hair color. The price is amazing. The color lasts longer than a salon color. With the directions, gloves, shampoo, conditioner, color protection for your hair line, and color-removing wipes for your skin.
