Une horreur !Bonjour, L’avant-dernière fois j’avais demandé un peu plus foncé, puis comme c’était un peu trop foncé, j’ai ensuite demandé une teinte entre les deux. À ma grande stupéfaction, la dernière teinte reçue était ROUGE 😳 J’ai été obligée d’acheter des produits pour retirer le pigment rouge tant que possible puis ai acheté un châtain au supermarché ! I love new darker blonde shade from Nov 14th; Please continue with that color!I asked for a slightly darker blonde color and it was beautiful, exactly what I wanted. Wunderschöne Farbe aber leider mit AmmoniakDie Farbe ist wirklich super schön geworden und war genau so wie ich es gerne haben wollte. Ein großes Kompliment an die Friseurin, die mir den Ton gemischt hat. Die Farbe hat auch sehr lange gehalten. Leider war in der Farbe Ammoniak drin. Davon habe ich starken Haarausfall bekommen. Meine Haare brauchten lange, bis sie sich erholt haben.
