ImpressedI have thick curly hair and was very nervous doing this as I’ve always gone to a salon to colour my hair. I sent a photo and said I wanted to lighten my roots and just perk up my overall colour & that’s exactly what’s happened! Very happy and good experienceEsalon's products and hair color are spot on. The directions are easy to use and product is easy to apply. For a first time home hair color rookie, I couldn't be happier with my experience. The colorists are very responsive as well when selecting your next color and seeing if any changes are needed. Vibrant Redhead and loving it !I love eSalon! I received my first color kit 3 weeks ago and I love the results!. My gray is covered and the refresh for my ends gave a vibrant sassy Copper red. Love the idea but...Quiz/questions were okay. Packaging was cute and the kit arrived quickly. I was a little leary about the color actually being what I wanted because the color I really wanted was grayed out when it got to the final color screen on the quiz. Apparently the colorist didn’t think my hair could go that color even though it already pretty much is? So I choose the next closest color. I was even more hesitant when I saw they sent 15 volume bleach. I have natural red/strawberry blonde undertones and everyone knows redheads are hard to lift. I was again even more hesitant when I mixed the color but by this point I figured oh well, might as well just go for it....well, unfortunately it did nothing my roots didn’t lift at all and they are exactly the same color. So it looks like I will be making an appointment for the salon in a few weeks after all. Such a bummer! Custom Color setI do want to go with a lighter shade next time. I did choose the dark brown & that's what I got. I want to tone it down for next order. Maybe a medium ash brown.
