Loved this Dying ProductI was very happy with the results from my first eSalon kit. I knew if things didn't go well I could just cancel the subscription. But the results were fantastic. I am not only sticking with my subscription, I sent a few adjustments because the color wasn't quite where I wanted it. I fully trust with the information they already have from my first color and the new information I sent over, I'm going to get the color I'm asking for. Quarantine Dream!I have copper hair and my roots were coming in thick and strong. It can be hard to match my colour, but the kit did it perfectly. I also got a free ends refresher for my first order. The kit was packaged beautifully and had everything needed to colour my roots and refresh my ends. Service was as fast as it could be given the circumstances. My only constructive criticism is there were three steps involving gloves and only 2 pairs were given (not a big deal, (could reuse) and to maybe take into account the length of hair for the amount of shampoo and conditioner given. I have thick coarse long hair and the was no way enough conditioner....a fabulous product at an amazing price!! Best Customer Colour Set I've ever tried!ordered my colour package from eSalon and just wanted to say a huge thank you for the brilliant service. I’ve coloured my hair using the personalised product you sent and it is the most amazing colour I have ever had. The results are outstanding, my hair feels soft and the colour itself is perfect. And miracle of miracles my other half even complimented my hair so I know I’ve made the right choice! Changed my ColorThis is wonderfully convenient during this pandemic. Not having experience with doing my own touch-ups, the first time I ordered lighter than usual. Although It did not cover my grey roots I was able to change to a darker shade easily on-line for my second delivery and this has made all the difference. I love the results and my hair looks wonderful and feels healthy. Positiv überrascht!Habe mir gerade erstmalig die Haare selbst gefärbt. Hätte nie gedacht, dass die Anwendung so simple ist und das Ergebnis ist mehr als zufriedenstellend! Endlich bin ich nach knapp einer Stunde mit allem durch, kann während der Einwirkzeit noch etwas anderes machen. Couleur fidèle à ce que j'ai demandé.Je suis agréablement surprise par le résultat de ma couleur, fidèle à ma demande. Le prix est correct. C'est ma première commande, aussi j'attends de voir le maintien de la couleur dans le temps, afin de régulariser le renouvellement de ma commande toutes les 4 semaines.
