Same issue with every dyeI decided to try this custom color thing as standard dyes don't let one adjust undertones.. I wanted by dye to be as ashy as humanly possible and alas, it was not. something has changedI have ordered over 50 times from eSalon and since October 2025 it seems the formula and grey coverage has changed and no longer sufficient. As long-time customers we rely on consistency and/or transparency. Customer service was responsive, but the experience was frustrating and required correction. Good colourGreat colour and coverage. Lots of products sent so I had plenty of everything. Personalised box is very cute. The colour seems to be washing off with every wash though. It’s not a huge problem as I dont wash my hair too regularly but if I were to probably it would have washed off in one month.
