Wollte die dritte bestellte Packung zurückgeben, weil ich bemerkt hatte, dass meine Haare von dieser Colouration kaput gehen. Nun soll den Rückversand einer ungeöffneten Packung bezahlen. Terrible experienceI waited three weeks for my package, only to get the same result as with a random supermarket cheep dye. One of the bottles leaked inside the parcel. The color turned out much warmer than I described. My hair isn’t glossy after the procedure; it looks lifeless and faded, and it didn’t even cover my grey hair. A BRILLIANT CONCEPT & PRODUCT !I read about E~Salon in several sources after my usual salon closed.
