Easy application, great colorEasy to follow instructions and very easy application. I had to rely on my husband to put it in so I am thankful it was easy! The color was darker than I expected but that was ok. It was my first time going dark so after a day with the color I did appreciate that it was not too bright. Totally worth it!I started going gray young so I've been dying my own hair with box dye for years, but as my hair has gone increasingly gray, the boxed dye just wasn't covering it anymore. I was beyond frustrated, and about to start spending ridiculous amounts of money at the salon to keep it covered until I found this site. I was a little hesitant to give it a try, but I'm so glad that I did. The process was simple, the instructions are easy to follow, and the result is amazing! It completely covered my grays, turned out bright and shiny, and my hair actually felt healthier after the treatment. Coloring my hair myself for the first time ever!I have never colored my hair myself. The instructions and the kit were all very professionaly put together. Freddy, one of the specialists was very Good at helping to decide which color to go with. Although I missed a couple of spots on top? It still looks so good, and what the heck I can just part it a bit differently or tease it until I can do my color next time LOL. After all, IT Was MY FIRST TIME! LOVE THIS CO. I love this!The color is perfect! My hair is ridiculously soft and shiny after processing. 😍Customer service was great (after I made a typo on my own address) and got me my products very quickly.
