Grey hair coverage was not like as beforeThis is the 2nd time i colored the roots of my hair and this time my hair color is not even covered even on the tiniest bits- it is still grey! Great colour. But didn’t last long.The customer service was amazing. Packaging brilliant. The colour result was the best I’ve ever had. But 2 weeks later my greys are back and colour on my lengths has washed out. Really disappointed because the colour is lovely. Great set.Using Custom Colour Set at home is very easy. Everything is delivered in the box with instruction, very convincing. I normally dye my hair at the salon cos can't find right colour in the shop. My usual chose is blonde highlights cos don't like flat colour, so highlights with various of blonde tons is always the best. I was a bit worried to dye all my hair at once and make it at home, cos it was long time ago when I did it last time. But I am very happy with effect. Colour is vibrant and looks very natural. My hair are soft and shine. Just not sure in 100% is strawberry blonde is my colour. But it's because for so many years I've seen myself as a blonde. Very impressedHaving used professional colours up until now, I'm very pleasantly surprised how easy the application was, how comfortable the solution is (no stinging etc), and the colour is great (one day in).
