Inaccurate color formulaI used to love my formula with eSalon, but this one was different. Not enough copper, too much blonde and it did not cover my grays well even though I saturated my roots! Very disappointed this time around. Does not even look like I colored it at all. Mauvaise formulationJ’ai demandé un châtain clair cendré pour mes cheveux qui étaient châtains clairs, je me suis retrouvée avec des longueurs châtains foncées et des racines rousses !!! Great productLove the color and help I received from the stylists!!! Great product will keep ordering. New color came and it is awesome!! The darker shade still kept my color but my greys are covered and I love the color even better. Thank you to all the stylists I spoke with to get this perfect shade. Good coverageThe colour covers my greys and had good coverage but this is not the colour I requested. Got no response from customer service when I contacted them.
