dissapointedI knew my color would never look exactly like the picture (medium blonde, golden pearl). But with lots of grays in the roots and pale blonde hair I figured I stood a good chance of getting pretty close. My hair is now medium blonde with gold tones, the gold is mainly in my roots..but the warm, unusual violet tone from the picture just isn't there. I followed the instructions to the tee but no luck. Best Colour for colouring GreysIt was my first time using eSalon. The kit and instructions were clear and easy to use. We watched the video and my Husband did my roots.
