Amazing coverage and perfect colourFirst lockdown I made the mistake of using box dye which dried my hair out so much I had to cut off alot more than I wanted at my last hairdresser visit. As I haven't had my hair coloured since end of November I had to try something else and I am so glad i found eSalon. Easy to complete customer hair colour survey and not disappointed after my first use. Greys covered perfectly, colour is exactly what I wanted and my hair feels amazing! just like when I have been to the hairdressers for my colour I went for light brown ash and it's perfect. Upon application the dye goes on very dark, almost black which made me panic slightly but when washing off after 30 min the colour is a lovely brown with no hints of red. Just what I wanted. Fabulous Idea!I am so so pleased to have found this system! So easy to set up and I loved the details they look for so that they can personalise my colour. Easy to upload photos too. I was contacted prior to receiving my colour to check some colour details. My colour is great and it definitely feels salon quality. My only 1 slight niggle, for which I have knocked off 1 star for is the excess packaging. It's simply not needed and I really didn't get the point of being sent a sticker to put on my instructions which says 'Just for you', when the instructions are already personalised with my name on. You could make a huge impact on packaging savings by cutting it down, I counted 5 bits of cardboard/plastic that could be completely avoided. Otherwise, I won't be going anywhere else from now on! Surprised by the productI've been using drugstore box hair color for years. Last year I had a serious color correction done in the hair salon which costed me a lots of money and also left my hair in a bad shape. Recently discovered Esalon and decided to give it a try. After first coloring I was pleasantly surprised. Haircolor didn't hurt my scalp and the color was nice. I am going to continue using it. Changed my colorI wanted a new color and changed it to a beautiful medium brown with mahogany. It is such a pleasure to work with the colorist. I knew what I wanted but was having trouble explaining it to them, so I found a picture of what I was looking for and it helped with our communication. They are so helpful. I received my color right after the big Texas Thaw, so I had my husband color it today. I am always so thrilled at how easy it is for him to color my hair following the directions. It’s a beautiful color and my hair is healthy. I am so thankful for the fact that esalon does exactly what it says it will do. Schöne Farbe, Ergebnis nicht ganz zufriedenstellendDie Anwendung ist wenn man geübt ist relativ easy aber leider ist bei mir das Ergebnis nicht 100% zufriedenstellend. ÄrgerlichFarbe + Entwickler in dem Set reichen hinten und vorne nicht aus! Ich hatte angeben dass ich viele und dicke Haare habe. In der der ersten Antwort Mail schrieb man mir, mein Set sei nur für eine Ansatz Färbung gedacht (ich wollte einen komplett neuen Farbton erzielen) und wenn ich die Farbe in den Längen auffrischen wolle, könne ich ja noch ein weiteres Produkt bestellen. In der zweiten Antwort hiess es, das Set sei sehr wohl für eine komplett Färbung gedacht. Wenn ich das Set zurückgebe, bleibe ich auf den Versandkosten sitzen, obwohl der Fehler nicht bei mir liegt. Total disasterI’ve ordered dark brown with golden undertones... I followed the instructions precisely and what I’ve got is a pure black helmet. I wanted to cover my greys, this didn’t happen either.
