Great ideaI was so looking forward to a bit of Salon feel but at home but after using this dye I can only compare myself to a Lego head it’s just black no variety of colours that make it look a bit more natural that you get with other at home colours I use. it literally looks like someone has put a black carpet on my head and cut around it to my hair length. I was so looking forward to this so I can order and go and I’ll have the same colour every 6 weeks I don’t have to think about it or worry that there won’t be the right colour when it comes to dying my hair but it’s just not for me. Warum man sich nicht unbedingt nach den Rezensionen richten soll...Hallo, ich habe das erste mal hier Farbe bestellt. Nachdem die Bestellung raus war bin ich auf einige negative Rezensionen aufmerksam geworden, wo die teilweise lange Lieferzeit beklagt wurde. So hab ich mir gedacht, um die Wartezeit zu überbrücken, das ich mir selbst die Haare nochmal mit normaler Farbe färbe. Nachdem ich das am Wochenende getan hatte, wurde 2 Tage später schon meine Bestellung geliefert. Ist jetzt sehr ärgerlich für mich weil ich nicht einfach gewartet habe :-( , jetzt muss ich wieder warten bis ich endlich meine neue Farbe ausprobieren darf... Need answers..I like my formula the first couple of weeks but later the ends got light and dry. Nobody contacted me to ask about my FIRST experience with the color or to discuss if I NEEDED color adjustment for second application. Poor customer service!. Do NOT BuyI was impressed when I received my order as it came nicely packaged. I took a test strand and applied the product for 30 minutes. When I washed it out, the strand was orange and brassy. I made it clear to the colorist that there was no existing color in my hair and that I did not want any brassiness. I even purchased a toner. Anyway the color was brutal. I was not given the opportunity to receive a refund when I sent pictures of the strand test. I was immediately told that the color I bought would be modified. I received the new order and performed a strand test. This time, the color went on like purple and when I washed it out, it was a darker brass. When I reached out to the company for a refund, I was advised that since I had received their complimentary reformulation, they are unable to issue a refund for the order. Per their satisfaction guarantee, they offer a complimentary reformulation or a refund. (This explains the quick response to my email with no option of a refund).
