Rundum zufriedenIch muss gestehen, dass ich lange gehadert habe, die Farbe aufzutragen, da ich mir noch nie selbst die Haare gefärbt habe. Mein Haar ist lang und sehr stark und ich dachte, das wird nichts... Einen herzlichen Dank an eSalon und meine Farbexpertin Alina. Dank eurer super Anleitung, dem tollen Farbton und der hochwertigen Produkte ist das Ergebnis sehr sehr schön geworden. Excellent Colour, Excellent CompanyI was quite sceptical of the promise of eSalon but honestly I can't recommend this company enough. I'm on my third order, going from the perfect ginger colour to my natural brown, and at every step of the way eSalon have been fantastic. I've adjusted my colour a couple of times and every employee and stylist I've communicated with has been efficient, knowledgeable and really kind. When I didn't like a product and reviewed it I was offered credit. Nervous 1st try at colouring my greyWhen the kit arrived I was very pleased, the packaging was lovely, especially as it was personalised. I had never coloured my hair before as I had always gone to the salon, and I was nervous about doing it myself so it was a case of I’ll do it tomorrow! I said this for about 2 weeks, well, today I took the bull by the horns and after reading the instructions cover to cover again, I went off to the bathroom. What can I say, delighted, look like my old self again. Perfect color matchI went through cancer, then chemo through this Covid-19 era. After my hair came back as a completely different color, I wanted to see the old me in the mirror. Great colourGreat colour however the usual greys crept through after a few weeks and £25 inc postage for a root touch up is too expensive for a home colour when I get the same result from a £5 shop bought.
