Loved it!I can only say good things about this product! The instructions were very easy to follow, and I was very impressed with how well the actual color looks, and how healthy it feels! I have really dark brown almost black natural hair and I wanted a golden brown color, and this product did not disappoint! ErstbestellungAls ich meine Farbe endlich hatte, sie war sehr lange unterwegs, hatte ich in der Zwischenzeit einen anderen Haarschnitt so das die Gebrauchsanweisung nicht mehr passte. Habe eine E-Mail geschrieben und wurde nach kurzer Zeit persönlich angerufen. Das fand ich total super und eine Minute später kam die neue Gebrauchsanweisung per Mail zum Ausdrucken. Toller Kundenservice. Mit meinem Farbergebnis bin ich super zufrieden. Hätte mir es einen ticken dunkler gewünscht. Das war aber meine Schuld da ich ja diese Farbe bestellt habe, werde ich beim nächsten Mal ausbessern. Leider wurde der versprochene Färbepinsel vergessen so war es etwas mühsam mit der Flasche die Farbe zu verteilen. Aber alles in allem war ich sehr zufrieden. Déçue par la composition.Je n'ai fait que la première coloration sur cheveux longs et malgré la fenêtre ouverte j'ai eu beaucoup de mal a supporter les vapeurs (d'ammoniaque je pense). Je dois faire les racines ce Week end et j'appréhende à l'avance, en sachant qu'il ne fait pas très chaud en ce moment, est ce que je laisse la fenêtre fermée et j'étouffe ou est ce que j'ouvre la fenêtre et j'attrape froid ?
