Happy with the root color kitThe color you sent to me to use to cover my more than an inch long silver grey roots It was really close to my exiting base color. Wonderful kit. IncroyableJ'ai testé plein de teinture de marque et j'arrivais jamais à tenir cette teinture plus de deux semaines à cause un épi mèche blanche que j'ai depuis mes 30ans. First time buyerI always have my hair coloured in a salon so I was very nervous about home colouring. Furthermore, over the years I have had some disastrous results from various hairdressers. More than once I have had blond hair with orange/red roots. However under the circumstances there was little option. I worked through the online colour profiling and sent a photo. I received a personal call to discuss the colour and concerns I had. I have just used the dye and I am really relieved and pleased. The colour is better than many of my hairdressing experiences. The dye did not irritate my scalp and the price was less than half of my usual bill. I have now ordered my next box! Perfect matchThis product is wonderful! It came with everything I needed and was very easy to use. I have strawberry blonde hair with a little red and have had difficulty for years trying to get the colorist to match my natural color. I sent a picture in to esalon and the results were amazing. Beautiful color, instructions are clear and conciseI wanted a change to my color, the base cor was getting too blonde and my stylist was only doing full highlights every six months. I love my stylist but she was not listening. I was hesitant to try coloring myself, but gave it a go. I love the new dimension to my color, I was able to do it myself with great results. FantasticI used your mixture for the first time today. I am so happy how it turns out. So much better than any store bought items. Thank you for helping me through this Pandemic with no hairdresser appointments. I am not sure I will go back to the hairdresser. I am a Senior and having trouble sometimes being accurate with applying the tint to my roots only. Your color is very forgiving.
