Thrilled! Looks so professional.I’d read the positive reviews but the end result was so much better than I’d hoped. I ordered and paid for a colour for just my roots. However I was also sent (completely free) a specially mixed colour to blend and refresh my tired ends. There was lots more in the pretty box that arrived in the post. Free sachets of shampoo and conditioner - these added a real softness and shine to my hair - a free application brush, 2 sets of gloves and even a sticker to pin up the easy to follow instructions to the bathroom door while I mixed and applied my colour. I’ve had so many positive comments from colleagues at work. The colour is definitely very different from off the shelf hair dye. Heavenly HazelnutOMG I LOVE this color!! The product itself is so easy to use with everything I needed. But the color is to-die-for!! No joke. I've been playing with color my entire adult life, and I think this is IT! The color is not only gorgeous but seems to bring out lovely highlights too! Minimum grey coverage. And patchyMinimum grey coverage. Patchy. I asked for a colour every 4 weeks. First order I paid £9 for, I received a roots and a length bottles so 2 bottles of colour formula. Having asked for it every 4 weeks I expected the same. Second order was £25.99 I received 1 bottle of length refresher. So what about my grey roots this month I’m suppose to just leave them??
