Great productI decided to try e-salon due to covid . Normally I go to a salon to get my hair dyed, and I have been managing using root touch up box dyes that are harsh on my scalp. I was delighted with the parcel that arrived, and even though I was nervous about trying the product, the instructions were easy to follow and I am delighted with the result. Never going back to the salon for colorI'm 54 years old and have my share of grays. During the early days of the pandemic when salons in my area were closed, I resorted to drug store color which was just okay. Even after the salons opened up, I was not totally comfortable going so decided to give eSalon a try. I've used it 4-5 times now and could not be more pleased. It blows the drug store color away. The results I am getting are equal to if not better than what I was getting at a high end salon. I love being able to do this at home, on my schedule, and save money to boot! Color is great!I was using a color for many years which was very similar to my natural red. This color was discontinued last year. Since that time, I have had many color mishaps trying various colors. Even tried another online service and ended up with purple tones instead of auburn. Love eSalon color, it was exactly what I was going for and looks like my natural color. Just colored tonight so excited to see how it wears over the next few weeks! 1st KIT WAS GOOD, BUT NEEDED ADJUSTMENTS...I loved the idea of having my hair color customized to ME! Especially since I can't get the color and tones I love from an off the shelf product. The first kit I got wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but understand customizing is a process. After that, things didn't go so well, but I'm not going to share the pot holes in the road just yet as there's a possibility that eSalon may recover and help me after all. If you love the idea of color in a bottle with your name on it, than you'll love this. I will say the quality of product is good. I didn't wind up with straw hair. I do believe the add on products really add up making the orders pricey. If I wanted to extra tint and highlight, I may as well go to a salon, right. I hope eSalon can make this better and work for me. And if you're not getting what you asked for, SPEAK UP, it's your money.
