Cancelled subscriptionI have just cancelled my subscription. A very convoluted process to do so. It is hard to find where to even start and it takes around 6 different clicks. Clearly set up to try to trick you into staying which left a very bad taste in my mouth. Also postage of £5.95 is insane - the method they use, Royal Mail 48 Tracked, is £3.55 for this weight. Perfect colour and so natural!Thank you to my colourist. The colour is perfect and has gone on so evenly! Disappointing!Cannot review this order since the bottle will not open. Total waste of $33+ I had four people try to get this open and no one could. It’s like it’s fused together.
