Sauer, einfach nur sauer!!!!Statt leuchtendem kupferrot, habe ich jetzt braune Haare und einfach nur wütend!!! Jetzt kann ich beim Friseur teuer bezahlen um sie wieder zurück zu bekommen. Ich möchte keine weitere Lieferung erhalten, ich hatte Ihnen nachdem die erste Lieferung mir schon nicht gefallen hat, Ihnen ganz genau mitgeteilt wie ich meine Haare möchte, wie kann es sein, dass sie jetzt braun sind????? Love the new color mixThis is so much better than box dye. Second time using it and you can tell how much better my hair is doing. I can never make myself spend money for something I can do myself which is why I prefer to dye my own hair... with Esalon it’s a luxury pampering day at home.
