User friendly and nice end result.This was my first order. I have not colored my hair myself for many years so I was a little nervous. The color blend chosen was perfect. Excellent product all aroundI was nervous at first because it’s been a long time since I’ve colored my hair. The online process for selecting color and kit was easy to follow, very thorough and extremely humanizing. I felt like I was talking to a dedicated professional who had my total interests at heart. I love the packaging and entire process so well thought out and executed. The end product—my newly colored hair—looks great.
