Esalon just gets meI have been a customer since the pandemic. And I don’t plan to change anytime soon. Just a couple messages back and forth with my colorist, a picture every now and then, and they nail it every time! Sehr gute Farbe und HaltbarkeitIch hatte bisher immer Farbe aus der Drogerie. Diese kann aber nicht mit dieser mithalten. Die Farbintensität ist sehr viel besser. Auch nach nun 4 Wochen ist die Farbe noch top. Auch meine Haare fühlen sich gut an. Offenbar ist diese Farbe nicht so aggressiv. Super!Absolut zufrieden mit meiner individuellen Haarfarbe, mit dem Handling beim Färben, dem Bestellvorgang und der Kommunikation! Mit viel Geduld und passenden Vorschlägen hat eSalon meine Haarfarbe gefunden! Sie ist natürlich, passt zu meinem Hautton und ich fühl mich sehr wohl damit. ConsistantThis product is amazing, again and again. I have been using ESalon for many years and they have never failed me. They found me my near natural colour, which I love and the product is consistently brilliant. It leaves my hair looking amazing and feeling soft. I am always receiving positive comments on how lovely the colour is. The Customer Service is always first class if needed. So impressed !!I think we rock the color.
