Super easyI used to get my hair color in a box from the store and it NEVER turned out right. When I decided to try esalon I was nervous if it would turn out the same as all the other brands I tried. First let me say I love the way it’s personalized. The directions were easy to follow. My hair color came out PERFECT!!!
