I really wanted to love it!I loved the process, packaging, instructions, ease of use….ALL of it… BUT, the entire purpose was to cover my gray hair. It didn’t cover them, at all. I wish it had worked! Not impressedI used the separate roots and ends colours as instructed and now my roots and ends are different colours. Roots are really purply red and I was aiming for auburn. The ends aren't really the colour I was hoping for either. My hair is dark so I'm not expecting a drastic change but it's just got a vague coppery tint which I don't really like. Having the two different colour bottles made it a total faff in my opinion - I'm used to normal, single bottle at home hair dye which I find far easier to apply - and I won't be purchasing again.
