Coloration tout juste parfaiteLa coloration est réussie, chaude vivante ! Je n'ai plus jamais fait une coloration chez le coiffeur, ni à la maison, d'ailleurs souvent insatisfaite. Merci aux conseillers Esalon !! Le service clientèle est très présent, à l'écoute de nos choix, on peut modifier notre couleur suivant nos souhaits et les dates de livraison que ce soit en avance ou pour reporter la commande. Convert to home colouringThe presentation of your kit is so nice, feels special. Liked the inclusion of a handy sticker to stick your instructions to the mirror, sounds small but all these touches help to make the process easier if you have a small en-suite. (Id even go as far and say a suction plug on the back of the timer would be a great idea). But more importantly the colour itself produces excellent results. I had a lot of golden highlights on dark brown hair and the the colour dyed them away evenly. I felt I’d gone too dark though (originally ordered dark brown but have switched to medium for future orders) so I just continued to wash my hair with a clarifying shampoo for 4 days and some of my golden highlights have peeked through which has accidentally provided a very nice multidimensional tone to my hair. Have added a red tone neutraliser to my next order to keep on top of any unwanted tones. Didn't do much!Sad to say my first experience wasn't the greatest. I had high hopes because my hair was actually back to it's original color (dishwater blonde) so I thought going light ash blonde would have been easier than in the past. I asked for light ash blonde, sent a picture and followed the instructions to a T! It barely looks like I did anything. My hair is still what I would call a dark to medium dishwater blonde, not "light" at all. My darkest roots have the peroxide lightened blonde look (brassy) but that's about the only change. On the bright side, being a long time blonde both from a salon and at home, it could have been A LOT worse and I'm glad it did less than expected rather than making my hair crazy bright orange or yellow. The smell wasn't bad for an at home coloring either and even though I have longish hair, I only ended up using one bottle of each instead of two!
