Beyond satisfied! Can't believe how fast/easy/long-lasting it really is.I was a skeptic! I'm so happy! I followed all instructions including sending photos and the color match is perfect. The instructions are clear, it takes so much less time than the salon, and the results last as long as the salon. And it's a FRACTION of the price of the salon! DéçuTrès déçu jai commandé un chatain foncé irosé violet. J'ai fait exactement toute les étapes comme indiqué. Après séchage de mes cheveux on voit une démarcation des racines et aucun reflets violet. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Received it after more than a month….I received my order after more than a month, and the box was completely torn apart and damaged as well as the supplies inside. When I contacted customer support before I receive the package, they told me that I would have to talk to my local postal carrier and that it wasn’t their problem. If you’re going to be a hair product shipping service you probably should have reliable shipping. They did offer to send another box but at that point I wasn’t interested. Hervorragende Haarpflege mit ColorationDas Color Set von Esalon verwende ich bereits seit über einem Jahr und ich bin wirklich begeistert! Die Farbe wirkt sehr natürlich und die Haare sind mit der Coloration auch nicht angegriffen. Im Gegenteil - sie werden gepflegt und behalten über Wochen eine wirklich gute Struktur!
