Love my setI was nervous using color bought online. I went for it and love my hair. Perfect!The entire process from setting up my profile, speaking with a colorist, receiving my custom order that was all personalized, and applying the color with the very easy to understand and follow instructions was great! Great customer service, hair is now perfectI can't fault the kit or the customer service. Hair colour came out beautifully but unfortunately faded faster than I'd hoped. Got in touch with e-salon who couldn't have handled it better and have formulated a new colour to help me. New colour arrived and is perfect - they listened to my feedback and changed exactly as asked. Considering how busy they must be currently, it's the best customer service I've had.
