Very happy with results - 5 STARS!Just received my second auto-ship delivery. Showed up on time just as they said it would. The product was sent in a solid box, not just in a plastic bag like many shipments these days. My hair colorist was great. First delivery was a little too light for me, so she sent me a darker shade for my second shipment. It was perfect, just what I wanted and the color looks so natural. My hair was so soft after the application and their shampoo and conditioner is awesome. I just wish that I could order a hair cut as well (LOL). Ich bin begeistert!!Anfangs war ich echt skeptisch weil ich die Fotos spontan von meinen Haaren geschossen hab. Aber das Ergebnis total total genau wie ich es haben wollte und nahm überhaupt keinen Übergang gesehen. Ich weiß nicht wie ihr es macht aber ihr macht es super! Und das hat es mir wert. Great color and serviceI started using eSalon for my hair coloring when Covid19 closed the hair salon I normally use. I've been very impressed by the color and length of time it stays on my hair without fading. The kit has everything I need in it. Color is perfectI really like the color and the ease of using. I would like to adjust the mix to make my hair less dry. My hair feels coarser with this hair color than it did from my salon. BRILLIANT COLOUR!I'm a first time user and haven't dyed my hair without a hairdresser in years. Due to Covid I obviously have't been to a hairdresser and quite frankly I don't intend to go to one for quite a while. So I decided upon esalon. I was pretty scared and used the product with care.....BUT the results were fantastic - really great colour. I'm going to do a regular order and get highlights.
