Color adjustmentAfter the first order, I decided to request a change. I received a quick response that explained it’s not possible to lift color with color. I was offered the alternative plan of only coloring my roots and that the lighter color wouldn’t be obvious. So far so good. They did a great job of creating the perfect shade for the transition from darker to lighter.
