Perfect colour every timeThe colour can be changed each time depending on mood and season. Esalon send an email stating when they are about to mix your colour and you can message the colourist directly. Easy to mix and apply with esalons mixing bowl and brush. Great product and serviceI had never coloured my own hair prior to covid lockdown, and was super hesitant to try but consider me a convert. Fantastic products and services, very adjustable. Great customer service . My one criticism would be shipping... takes a while but I’m assuming that’s more covid and postal service than esalon. Perfect colorI was very happy with the color! It looks so natural and so close to my original color when I was younger. I am outdoors working in yard and swimming in the summer so I could have gone a shade darker, maybe? Looking forward to my next shipment. Will not hesitate to advise others of this.
