Terrible ordering siteThis site will not let you close your account or remove your credit card information. Even after years of not ordering Someone tried to get into my account and I changed the password and tried to remove my personal information or close the account and it would not allow me to do that. ...so it does not matter to me if the product was good or not as the ordering site is obviously not secure . Barely changed colour of my hairI have tried these products twice now and apparently the 2nd time they changed the colour of the formula to be lighter (as requested by me) but again, it’s barely changed the colour of my hair. Consistently Stunning!I have been using eSalon Custom Color for a little under a year. The color payoff is amazing, the instructions are easy to understand, and the product speaks for itself. Additionally, it is easy to adjust your color from one shipment to the next. I appreciate the wonderful customer service when making adjustments. Das Erste mal!Eigentlich kann ich es noch nicht bewerten. Mein grauer Ansatz ist nicht völlig abgedeckt.Ehr so leicht hellbräunlich. Vielleicht war ich zu ungeduldig. First round: Didn't Cover the GraysUnfortunately, the hair color was only vibrant for a few days. The grays came back very quickly, and it was a little brassy on my brown hair with red undertones.
