Very impressed!Easy questions to complete to help work out the right hair colour for you & excellent customer service. Just done my first colour & I’m so pleased with how it’s turned out. I usually use a well known box colour brand & my e-salon colour is so much better! Nice even cover that’s blended my roots in brilliantly with the rest of my hair. I will NEVER use any other color!I have been receiving my custom color from eSalon going on 9 years now. I will never use any other color. I know that when your stylist says “I don’t know what color you’re using on your hair but it’s perfect and looks great. Beyond expectations in the year of the Covid-19I was very sad that I could not go to my local Aveda Institute for my hair color and cut because our Governor closed the school. I could not find my exact shade at any grocery or pharmacy store. Thanks to eSalon, I was perfectly matched up with my original reddish shade. ESalon's formula covered my stubborn gray hair and gave my hair a lot of depth. The eSalon custom dye did not sting my scalp like other otc dyes. Happy customer!! (Not anymore)Loved this product at first. Would have recommend it to anyone. I got the exact color I wanted. no burning or scalp irritation, easy to apply, the packaging is so cute. But…… after several months of use (every 6 weeks to 2 months I would do my roots) IT FRIED MY HAIR!!! ITS LIKE STRAW!!! I then realized that with continued use it kills your hair. So at first it looked great because my hair was already really healthy. Now after several applications it’s dead, fried. Had better results with L’Oréal and Clairol. And it was less expensive. Use to be awesome.I've used the Custom Color Set for several years and always had many compliments, even from professional hairdressers. The last few times I used it, the gray did not get covered.
