Incredible!!!This product and its customer care are exceptional!!! Not only do I LOVE my color, but the staff answered all of my emails within 24 hours with questions on how to use their products. They gave me their answers, plus there are video tutorials and my own set of instructions that come with my kit. This place is amazing!!! Colour match was spot onI had changed my colour slightly with a hairdresser, more like my natural hair colour. As a redhead many other brands just stick to certain shades which don’t have the nuances of my colour. At the salon they would mix the red with some blonde and I posted a pic of the colour I’d changed to and left a little message for the colourist and they got it perfect for me. Very grateful for that. It’s so easy to apply. I love that you get the two bottles as I always seem to run out due to the thickness of my hair. This extra bottle made such a difference. Great colour, easy application. You get all the instructions, the gloves, stain cream, stain remover, lovely shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo and conditioner remind me of Olaplex shampoos. Very luxurious. Highly recommend the eSalon colour and I know a few hairdresser who have their clients bring their colour into the salon and their hairdresser applies it for them.
