Ruined my HairThis harsh color absolutely ruined my hair. It was supposed to be medium brown and colored it so dark it is nearly black. It was so dark and stained everything in sight so I was worried and washed it out after less than 10 minutes, even though the instructions said 35 minutes. I will have to have it professionally corrected now and I am worried about the damage it will take to lighten hair this dark. Somehow it also took all of the shine out of my hair and made it look drab and dull. I have colored my own hair for years and have never had anything stain my shower instantly like this. DisappointedI was looking forward to using my 2nd order of colour, especially as the 1st experience with colour from eSalon was amazing. I had requested a change to the colour which was done for me. I received 2 colour bottles, 1 for my roots and one for the lengths of my hair. Followed the instructions which are clear and easy to follow.
