So happy with the correction!You guys sent me a corrected formula (I was shocked it was for free!!!) and I am absolutely thrilled with it!! I did it last night and it looks amazing! My hair is also so shiny! I was blown away with your customer service when I called and said I didn’t like the previous colour. It was corrected and shipped out right away.
