Great customer serviceI want to thank your color specialist Noel. My first experience was disasterous, color was to dark and didn't cover the gray my hair was dry like straw. I called and Noel really listened and heard my frustrations...she explained her process of lifting my color and a new processing time! Salon Quality ColourI've purchased a colour set 3 times over the last few months. Last time I wanted a slight change so explained in a message. The colour was adapted slightly however was really great and what I wanted. The coverage is fantastic, it goes on with ease but do follow the instructions. My hair looks shiny and healthy and the colour is not flat. In fact it looks like I've had lots of different blond highlights through it. I'm really pleased I gave it a go. It is more expensive than box colour but I do think there is a clear difference in quality.
