It was so easy my husband did it for me !!I have used this 3 times since COVID started and have been pleased each time. The directions are clear and there is little mixing. You are done from start to finish in less than an hour. My husband helped me this most recent time and he covered all of my gray using a brush on technique, and I have ALOT of gray around my face. Love my color and my soft healthy hairThanks so much for helping me not only go a daring gorgeous red color but also for helping me get back to close to my original blonde color but with improved shine and health (and a lot less grey) My hair looks and feels very healthy, has not had any issues with breakage or damage and I am loving my at home "me and E Salon time." Noticeably Different!!!!I have used Esalon for a long time and this new "upgrade" in formula is great! I was struck by how much nicer the smell and the feel of the products were in this package that I went back and read the card about the new formula again. I have bottles of the shampoo and conditioner before and the new stuff is much nicer! I could always do with less packaging, but besides that I wouldn't go back to salon prices when I get such great results at home! Best color EVER!!The custom color was not only perfect, but even better than what I expected. It brought out some of the natural highlights of my hair so the color looks authentic and not dyed. Perfect match to my hairI had asked for a lighter color because the first dye turned out darker than I wanted. I waited almost half a year to dye my roots, and my first color had lightened by then. Great color kit, has everything I need.I love that besides the color, there is skin protector, skin cleaner and two sets of gloves. I use it all!
